· Organize and advertise "ASEE breakfast chats" at the first friday of every month
· Develop and Teach "Engineering 313: Topics in Engineering Education – Feedback and Assessment" class with another ASEE graduate student at spring quarter 2015
2013-2014 Co-President of Stanford Chinese Students and Scholar Association (ACSSS)
· Chair committee meetings and ensure that all society's affairs are arranged and prepared, focusing on advising, career development and public relation departments
· Also took position as Vice President of Advising Department: inviting Chinese professors to have advising luncheons with students, organizing forums for professors, Invite alumini students with great company offers to introduce their experience to current students

Raising 800 pounds sponsorship form Deloitte, 500 pounds sponsorship from Barclays banks form scratch
